Ordering and Payment Options: You may place orders by phone (800-264-3772), fax (812-683-3788) or email (dubdist@psci.net). If you send an email, we will be happy to contact you within one business day and help you complete your order over the phone. Dubois Distributors accepts VISA and Master Card and Discover Card online; if you need to pay by money order or personal checks, please submit order by mail only and checks will be held for up to 10 days to verify funds. Please make your check or money order payable to Dubois Distributors, Inc and mail to P.O. Box 28, Huntingburg, IN 47542. Please do not send cash! Orders shipped to Indiana will be billed through a subsidiary or dealer account and 7% sales tax will be added to the order.

Shipping: We ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days. We will notify you promptly if an item is temporarily out of stock, is back ordered or will be shipped directly from the factory. If you need an item rushed for a specific date, please let us know your special needs.

Dubois Distributors ships from Indiana via United Parcel Service and USPS to U.S. addresses only.

Undeliverable Packages: If your package is refused, the address that you provide us is incomplete or invalid, or you cannot arrange with UPS or USPS to take delivery of your package, we will issue a refund when we receive the merchandise back, minus a 15% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges if Dubois Distributors, Inc. paid for the outgoing shipping. If your package goes missing because you provided an incorrect shipping address, we will be unable to refund you for the order.

Cancellations & Order Changes: Dubois Distributors moves quickly! If you need to change or cancel your order it is very important that you call or email us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to meet your need, once an order has entered the shipping process it cannot be altered or canceled. If you change your mind about an order that cannot be canceled, you will need to process your order as a return. Please read our return policy below. Special orders may not be canceled once Dubois Distributors has transmitted your order to the manufacturer.

Return Policy: Dubois Distributors wants our customers to be 100% satisfied. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable (any items sold with free shipping will be assessed a shipping charge). In order to receive a refund, merchandise must be in new condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. To return merchandise, you first must email us to obtain an RA (return authorization) number. We cannot accept any returns without prior approval.

Once your return has been authorized, please pack items well, write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package, and ship to Dubois Distributors. Please pack with care and insure your package, as we cannot be responsible for returned items that are damaged or lost in shipment. As a reminder, we cannot accept any returns without prior approval.

*If your order is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately and we will issue an RA number and make the appropriate adjustments for you.
